Varsen Technologies conducts research and builds software directed toward autonomous agents, cognitive architectures, and local-first execution runtimes.
You acknowledge that autonomous systems operate probabilistically and execute tasks independently based on user-supplied context, prompts, tools, and environments. You retain sole responsibility for supervising automated workflows, validating agent outputs, configuring execution boundaries, and maintaining safe operational parameters.
3. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You agree not to use Varsen Technologies software or services to:
Engage in illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful activities.
Disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of our infrastructure.
Deploy autonomous workflows designed to evade human oversight or violate third-party terms of service.
4. Intellectual Property
All original software code, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos, and editorial assets published by Varsen Technologies are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Varsen Technologies and its licensors.
Open-source releases remain subject to their respective published open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).
